These days, we busy moms are taking on more responsibilities than ever before. We plan big, we think big, and we work on projects that requires more minutes, hours, and days than we like to admit. Whether these projects are within our home, at the school, or the work that we put our sweat and tears in, they all have one thing in common. Time. Something that we often lack.
That being said, it is great to find ways to use our time wisely. It is great to figure out short-cuts in the road. Products that help us eliminate some unnecessary steps. Companies that keep the "busy" lifestyle in mind.
One thing that I am always looking for is ways to help out with the kids schedules. Did I really just say "kids." I meant babies. I love the ability to spend more time with them and less time on things that do not matter, yet need to get done.
After asking many moms around me what they struggle with the most, I got a very interesting answer. Many had said meal planning, especially when out and about running errands or attending Johnny's soccer game and Suzy's ballet class {insert your child's name}. It was on days like this that they are looking for a quick way to grab food while running out the door, instead of having to stop by the nearest drive thru.
Sometimes, they struggled with finding the time to make a breakfast that their kids enjoy all while trying to get them ready, clothes on, teeth brushed, little bum's wiped, and so forth.
There are solutions out there, such as Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast "Lil" Griddles, which are known for their famous saying "Every batch made from scratch." What exactly does this mean? It means that they are some of the little one's favorite breakfasts made just like you would in your own home.
There are three options to pick from. From frozen blueberry mini pancakes {or regular pancakes} to frozen Cinnamon French Toast Sticks. All which are bite size for those itty bitty mouths.
The key message from Aunt Jemima is: "Aunt Jemima frozen breakfast takes great pride in making frozen pancakes, waffles and French toast just like moms across America make breakfast in their own kitchens -- their griddles are just a little bit bigger."
So next time you are shopping and looking for some breakfast options to stock up on, try one of these three flavors {or all of them}, and be sure to make an extra serving for yourself when you run out the door.
Because after all, us moms sometimes forget we need to eat too.

Hey Becky. I know you are big on Organic food. How does this compare to organic waffles/pancakes? I've been doing Earth's Best Waffles and Sticks and arrowhead mills pancakes, and wanted to try Vans as well, but was curious to know what you thought about a non-organic brand. Thanks.
