Wine Induced Confessional, part 2.

Look what I found in my blogger that was never published.
I ran through it, and okayed the stuff that was okay.
And deleted the stuff that was not okay.
Mhhmm.

{originally written on December 2nd... into December 3rd ;-)   }

1. I haven't been to the dentist in 2 years. Before that? 5 years. I hate the dentist. Hate the smell. Hate the environment. Hate the concept. Someone picking at my teeth? Ugh no thanks. And it doesn't help that every time I go, I get bad news.... "Well looks like we are on cavity number 5." These are the same people that tell me "you have such beautiful teeth, blah blah blah." Yes beautiful teeth that suck. I brush my teeth 3-4 times a day, floss, rinse, etc. Don't eat candy or drink soda. Yet, here we are, bad news again. But. I need to go.

2. I had a conversation with some nutty ladies tonight. We talked about "S". Movies with a lot of "S" in it. And more "S". Would you believe me if I said that wine was involved? Ahem. **the word not said so that people that "google" it won't come across my blog. Smart lady, I know.

3. I am not a football fan. I like it. I don't mind watching it. But you won't see me psyched about it. At all. I know many are you probably want to choke me right now. Oh well.

4. I stole {took} my parents car one time {when I was 15 without a permit}. And took my friends around town. Badarss. I finally revealed this to my parents last year. Big shocker, that was.

5. One time I went to Florida... by myself. Have I mentioned that I am a very impulsive person? I get an idea in my head and I go for it? Well... it was my junior year of College when everyone decided to go on spring break... I, for whatever reason, decided I wanted to stay home and work {great idea}, but soon realized that that was a bad idea after all. So I booked a flight that Sunday night for the next morning {hotel, rental car, and everything else}. And then I went into work that morning.. and went home "sick." And off I went. On a plane... by myself.. to Florida. No worries... I met up with Andrew later {who was already in Florida}. Again, I live on the wild side.

6. I hibernate in the winter. And don't leave my house. I know it's bad... but I hate the cold. I cringe. The only reason I ever do leave? Is for 1)groceries, 2) work or 3) for Elli.

7. Sometimes I don't eat until dinner. Don't judge. I make up for it later in the night... but sometimes, just sometimes, the day gets the best of me and I totally forget to eat.

8. I love reality tv. I am a reality tv junkie. Real world. The Real Housewives {all of them}. Jersey Shore. True Life. Teen Mom. All of it. I DVR the hells out of reality TV.

9.  I have "eagle talons." Also known as "Feet." This was the name given to me by my best friends. And my husband often times tries to tease me about it. I don't find humor in this. At all.

10. I make my patients listen to country music. The sedated ones. The ones on the vent that cant talk back to me. Yup. When I am their nurse? They become country lovers. No ifs or buts about it. I blare it in their room. Loud and proud.

11.  I used to be "in love" with a boy in 7th grade that I met on vacation. In hilton head island. And we used "calling cards" to communicate for a couple of year. I swore I would marry him. I was what.. 12, 13? Ha. I sent him tons of pictures of myself. Today, I can't help but laugh about it.. what was I thinking?!

12.  I'm a "skip class" kinda girl. I probably attended, maybe, 50% of my college courses. I just don't learn in classrooms. I'm a self-learner.

13. I drink wine while blogging. If that wasn't evident to you already.... Clearly that's not much of a confessional as it is an obvious. And if husband ever saw this picture? I would be in biiiiiig trouble.
14. I have things purchased for years down the road. Bibs for the next baby? Check. Labels for when Elliana goes to school so that her stuff isn't taken by mistake? Check. Christmas outfit for when Elliana is 3 years old... monogrammed? Check. Christmas dresses for when she is 4 years old? Why yes, I have too. Go ahead, Call me crazy.

You don't even want to know what 15. 16. and 17 were. Too much vino. {that's all I will say}

  16. You are absolutely hilarious! I can concur on a lot of those confessions. Dentist-same, reality TV-same, skipping class-same. I managed to get an A in a college course and only showed up for the midterm and final. That is talent, my friend. TRUE talent. ;)

  29. I have to agree with Allen, two years is quite a long time if you haven't had a dental check up. I suggest that you go and have a dental cleaning.
