Home Tour *BEFORE* pictures {pt. 2}

So today is part 2 of the home tour series on my blog. You asked, and I delivered. If you missed yesterday's post, you can either scroll down or click here. I talk about our home buying process. When we started, the ups, the downs, the trials and headaches of buying a home. And how we finally fell in love with our home and just knew it was meant to be ours.

Our home is in a neighborhood that is 40+ years old. Tons of trees. Homes are spacious and far apart. And not a single one looks like the other. Not one. And? There are around 1,000 homes in the neighborhood.

However, the downside of all this, is that well... our home is 30+ years old. And ORIGINAL {if you know what I mean}.

Today, I'll let the pictures do the talking. Our home has had a major remodel. From the little things like door knobs , color, and cosmetic changes, to ripping out ceilings, lights, and putting holes in the wall. And without our family? We could have never made it happen.

And tomorrow these rooms will be transformed to the now. You won't want to miss the changes!
Stay tuned for part III.....

  22. I am over the top excited to see your after pictures. These pictures are seriously an inspiration for finding our house. Jaime and I have a set mind to remodel the house we want and everyone else wants us to buy a brand new house. I just dont feel like I am ready to buy a brand new house. We want to remodel our own home.
