Christmas that is. Just one week away. One week from the festivities. One week away from true bliss.

It's the most wonderful time of the year. And I am counting down the days.
Also, we can't forget another great day this upcoming week... That being husband's birthday. Just two days before Christmas. And we will have a celebration.
I work tonight and tomorrow night, off one day, and then back again for two more. Just so I can get all the "work" stuff out of the way, and then I get to enjoy a 5 day stretch with the ones I love.
We will start off at my parent's house, as we always do Christmas Eve, and the next day will be spent traveling to Louisville to visit the in-laws. And lastly, the 26th, our little family, just the three of us, will come home to our own little festivities. Just us.
Oh the joy I get just talking about these things.
Now, the question is... will we have a white Christmas?
we had a blizzard in new york the day after christmas last year and were stuck with two feet of snow and then a week later had another blizzard. i so want a tropical christmas instead of a white one!
ReplyDeleteit looked like we were going to have a white christmas... until we got hit with 60 degree weather. now it looks like there is a 30% chance of snow before christmas. so it's not looking like it! Hope you get yours!
ReplyDeleteIsn't it crazy that its almost Christmas?! Our weather has been sunny but so cold. Doesn't feel like Christmas without some rain or something!
ReplyDeleteSeriously can't wait!!!!!!! :)
ReplyDeleteAH!
I can't believe it's in 8 days! :)
We are heading towards Louisville on Christmas day too. Be safe! We are all super excited for Christmas here too!
ReplyDeleteHappy holidays my dear!!!
